01⇑ Role was gazetted but does not appear in any of the NSW Blue Books. One source has him CCL from 1843-1846. It is possible that the role continued until at least 1851 as there is a note in Victoria BB1851 that he was also CCL.
02⇑ Mayne was appointed CCL for the Wimmera District, then effectively exchanged with Wright, who was the NSW CCL for Wellington.
