01⇑ May have ceased being GW and CP when appointed PM, though BB1858 lists him as such. BB1859 has him paid as PM and not flagged as GW and CP, though he is on the CP appointment list of 1859-02-28.
02⇑ I have not found his appointment, but he appears on a list of PMs in the Government Gazette 1857-08-18.
