12 The Glasgow Courier has the wedding at the Episcopal Chapel in Paisley. There are two entries in Scotland, Parish Marriages & Banns 1561-1893 - a marriage proclamation, dated 4 August 1847, with Anne Robertson in Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire (near Paisley), and the other dated 25 August 1847 with Anne Glasgow in Kilwinning, Ayrshire, proclaiming the wedding in Paisley.
